Nick takes a professional but passionate and positive approach to his work as an architect involved mainly in the field of historic buildings and their contexts over a period of 30 years, 29 of these as a principal.
1981 – Joined Peter Cleverly Architect in Wetheringsett, Suffolk
1984 – Partner in Cleverly & Jacob Architects, Stowmarket, Suffolk
1985 – Partner in Purcell Miller Tritton & Partners following merger
1996 – Established Nicholas Jacob Architects now employing 10 members of staff
